If you look at the picture above in detail, you can see that there are now more than one rank in the game. High Legend is not defined by a certain Legend Rank and it varies depending on which region and game mode you play. Most PC hardware pricing is back to normal so why not GPUs? Rank 11-15: Top 37%. Each League, at the same time, consists of 10 Ranks. I rarely break rank 12 -- I only play ranked to get my Arena gold. Of course there will still be cool stuff, but instead of multiple new game modes in a 12-month period, we're more likely to get upgrades to what we have.
